I was so scared to even contact UK Debt service but once Declan had contacted me back, I really felt at ease. He was empathetic, nice, he reassured me, there was no judgment whatsoever. Declan called me when he said he would, answered my questions, no matter how silly I thought they were. Gave me options to go through about how to sort out my debt. I honestly cannot thank you enough Declan. :)

Tbf I dont know what I would have done going forward without the help I received. I have in only 3 weeks been dug out of a hole I thought Id be stuck in forever.
This has been so far the worst experience I've encountered. Via WhatsApp the person I'm in touch with, didn't even gave me his name. They claim they tried to call me which is a lie because I don't have any missed calls from them. When I asked for number I can call on, I've been ignored. Terrible experience for someone that is trying to get out of debt. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone no matter the positive reviews. Disappointed and put off from sorting my debts.
