Excellent - I was in a very stressful situation and Farhad quickly called me after I contacted uk debt service for advice. Farhad fully explained my position and then provided great advice and stayed in contact with me by mobile so I could still receive information and advice while my finances were being dealt with. On my first call I asked if he could advise a good friend too , he did this very quickly and provided guidance and advice. Really pleased and very reliable. Thank you.

The biggest thank you ever to John. I was offered an extremely professional and sensitive service by him, he understood my needs and emotions and I was able to contact him whenever I needed assurances. After a slight hicup, these guys have done everything they possibly can to help me, my situation wasn't straightforward but they managed to still be able to help me out.
From Matt who was personally processing my case to the manager they have helped me get to a position by where I can manage my debts and I know they worked hard to make this happen.

For years I've been struggling with debt. It led to a full mental breakdown and I was very close to ending my own life. I saw an advertisement on Facebook about an IVA and thought I'd give it a try, all the time thinking I wouldn't be accepted. I then received a phonecall and I spoke to an advisor who understood all my problems and my debts and was very empathetic and very professional. She then told me I had been accepted and that my monthly payments were more than affordable. I can now sleep easier and my worries have all gone. I will definitely recommend to anyone

Absolutely fantastic service! I have huge debts and struggle with my mental health which means I ignored scary letters from creditors. Farhad was great, sympathetic and understanding and made me feel much calmer about my situation. He listened to my issues and found the best solution for me. Huge weight lifted and I'm finally facing my responsibilities in a manageable way. I cannot rate this service highly enough.

Words can’t describe how much stress has been relieved from me massive weight of my shoulders and all thanks to Matt and Tom 👌its been a fast process we’re u will allways be uk debt service priority to help! Debt UK were excellent they went through every thing with us explaining what was available to help us. They were helpful and answered our questions to make our experience easier to decide what was best for us. Once we'd reached a decision they moved quickly to help us get an IVA Order. A lovely man called Matt dealt with my case and he was so nice all the way through made me feel so comfortable I was really nervous about applying for an IVA but I needed the help my finances were really starting to upset me and cause a lot of stress.
